First poster had 1 Be2! right but the line from there is a bit more involved:
1… Be2 (ab5 2 Bf3 wins easily for white) 2 Bh2 !! is the only way to win 2…Kh2 3 b6 Bg4 4 Kd6 Bc8 5 Kc7 wins (note that Kc7 is not available without the intermediate 2 Bh2).
1.Be2! and Black can lose the bishop or allow White’s b-pawn to queen.
I think that 1) Be2, …;
will let no choice to Black:
Lose the Bishop or queen the Pawn!

Only now I’m realizing that after 1) Be2, …; Black can choose Bg2 or Bh1…
So my first comment was wrong: Black has a choice!
I have to find something more!

1.Be2! is correct, but a second bishop sac is required.
If 1.Be2 Bxe2 2.b6, then 2…Bg4+ Ke7 3.Bc8 stops the b-pawn.
But after 1.Be2 Bxe2 2.Bh2+! Kxh2 3.b6, 3…Bg4+ fails to 4.Kd6 Bc8 5.Kc7! (the point of Bh2+), and the bishop must give way.
Yes, Be2 looks like the move to me.
1. Be2 Be2
2. b6 and black’s own pawns doom him to defeat.
1. Be2 Bg2/h1
2. ba6 d4
3. a7(or 3.Bb6) Kf2
4. Bc4 followed by Bd5 taking control of the diagonal.
Ok, I’ll get this time
1) Be2, Bg2;
2) Bb6+, Kh2;
3) bxa6, d4;
4) Bxd4, and then with Bc4-Bd5 White wins… maybe this time is the right one…

1.Be2 Bxe2 2.b6 Bg4! and 3…Bc8. Then it’s not so easy.
1. Be2 Bxe2
2. Bh2+ Kxh2
3. b6 Bg4+
4. Kd6 Bc8
5. Kc7 wins.
1. Be2 Bg2
2. bxa6 Kf2
3. Bc4 threatening Bd5 exchanging Black’s bishop.
