It seems as though after 1.Nxh7 Kxh7 2.Bg5 the black queen has nowhere to go. And 2…Rf6 3.exf6 is of course totally silly.

Very cool puzzle…look at the few positions available for the black queen. Seems like Bg5 would be a nice place for the black bishop.
