I’m not sure but Ra1 seems to me as a good move
1. … Ra1
I. 2. Ra1:? gf+ -+
II. 2. Rbb1? Rb1: -+
III. 2. Rc2!?
III.1. 2. … Rf1: ?!
3. Qf1: gf+ (3. Kf1: gf)
4. Kg1 and rather not -+
III.2. 2. … h5
3. Kg1 gf and a clearer
advantage
IV. 2. Rf2 Qc1
3. Kg3 and now perhaps
3. … h5+
4.Kh5: Qf5 and White might
be able to effectively
prevent the maneuver
Ra1-a8-h8#.

1. … Ra1
2. Rf2 Qc1!
3. Rf1? gxf3+
4. Qxf3 QxR+ wins
3. Qf1 QxQ+
4. RxQ RxR
5. KxR Rxf3+ winning
3. fxg4 Qg1+
4. Kh3 RxR wins
3. Kg3 h4+!
4. Kxh4 Qh6+
5. Kxg6 Rg1+
6. Rg2 Rf4+
7. Kg3 Qh4++
3. Kg3 h4+!
4. Kxh4 Qh6+
5. Kg3 Qh3++
I know my comment comes late but after
1… Ra1
2.Rf2 Qc1
3.Kg3 h4+
4.Kxg4
I don’t see a clear winning for black but after
3… gxf (instead of h4+)
4.Rxf3 Qg5+
5.Kf2 Qg1++
or 5.Kh3 Qg4++
If white doesn’t play 4.Rxf3 but moves away his queen then maybe Qg1
but it should be won for black now anyway.
