I think the first poster nearly had it. 1.Qf3 Ke5 (1…Kd4 loses the queen as we’ve seen) 2.Qf4 Kd5 3.e4 Kc5 4.Qc7#
I had 1.Bc2.
1…Qxc2 2.Qg6 take the queen
1…Ke3
2.Qh6+ Kxe2 (kd4 Qh7 take the queen) 3.qh2+ and now
3…ke3 Qf2mate
3…Ke1 or Kf1 Qf2 mat

Looking at all the possibilities, I feel 1. Bc6+! Ke3 (dxc6 Qxf3+ Ke5 Qf4+ Kd5 e4+ Kc5 Qf8+! and black drops his queen) 2. Qh6+! kxe2 3. Qh2++- Nice one.
