I am embarrassed to admit this took me more than 10 minutes to spot. I kept thinking it had to be a move like Bh7 to divert the queen.
Bg6 wins immediately.
Bg6. I got it in 5 seconds.

Black will be mated after 1.Bb6+ !
If black takes the bishop with the king, then 2. Qh5 ++;
If black takes with the rook, then 2.Qe7 ++
1.Bg6+ Rxg6
2.Qe7#
