23…Bxg3 24.Qxg3 Qe2 Even White is better, this position is very complicated and it is EXTREMELY hard to find the right continuation on the board. White is pretty much in zugzwang as his Queen and Knight have to protect the back rank. Therefore, the Rook and Bishop on c1 are also stuck. So basically White has one active piece (Bishop on b3). If White is not doing anything to unlock his position, Black can march the pawn to h5 then h4.
