Under the guidance of Women’s World Champion Xie Jun and a few other key people, China keeps on rolling out young female talents. Why can’t the US do the same?
Here are a few reasons:
1. They have a plan / system and they follow that plan / system. They do a very serious job.
2. They take advices from the people who know what they are doing instead of politicians who have personal and political agendas.
3. They put people who know what they are doing in the position to help and contribute.
4. They expect results but they are not afraid to give their young players opportunities to gain experience.
5. They have national pride and are proud to represent their country.
Below are the results of the YOUNG Chinese Women’s Team in the last two rounds of the World Team Championship. Keep in mind that this is not China’s A or B team. This is a team consists of many young players:

If you want success for US Chess, ELIMINATE the chess politicians!
Who is this nice looking girl on the left?
(Sorry for this off-topic question, but she really looks nice. Why the USA is not interested in chess, I do not care).
That is Susan, looking at her best, you dope.
Most US (and other countries’) chess politicians are obviously well connected. Any suggestions on replacing them?
I agree that commnists try hard at many things, but they are usually beaten very easily. Look at the case of Bobby Fischer. The communists have extremely large teams of government funded coaches that train ONLY their best and brightest from a young age. Fischer took them on and still won. Looks like forcing people to do things doesnt always work, does it?
Also, consider those who aren’t selected at a young age by the government and told to go become a chess champion. Would they ever be allowed to play? (No)
Oh, and China has > 1,000,000,000 people, it may help to find special telents.
