Qb3 is the right move to unload the overloaded Queen
well, Qb3 loses the game for white.
1.Qb3? Rxh1+
2.Kxh1 Qa1+
3.Qd1 Qxd1+
4.Re1 Rxe1# or ..Qxe1#
i suggest Qxg7+
1.Qxg7+ Nxg7
2.Nf7+ Kg8
3.Nh6+ Kh8 (draw by repetition) or ..Kf8??
4.Rf7#

After 1.Qb3, will come Qg8 and Ne7 mat (even with 1..Nf6).

White is not losing .After Qa1+ white can simply shift his King to h2.The sequence is as follows
1.Qb3! Rxh1?
2.Kxh1 Qa1+??
3.Kh2 Rc8 (or any move in the last rank.The White rook cannnot be taken because of weakness of Back rank.)
4.Qg8+!!Rxg8
5.Nf7 Mate

IMHO, mat is not so obvious after 1.Qb3 Nf6…

1.Qb3 looks like it wins. Threatens Qg8 followed by smothered mate. If gxh6, then Qf7 looks like mate in one or three moves depending on how many pieces black gives up to delay it.
