The 11th International Keşan Culture & Tourism Festival Chess Tournament was held on 26-31st August 2013 at the Atatürk Sport Hall in Edirne, Turkey.
The tournament was organized by the Keşan Municipality Presidency, Turkish Chess Federation and Keşan GHSİM.
155 players took part in the tournament.
GM Vugar Rasulov, GM Aleksander Delchev, IM Giga Quparadze, Orkhan Emino and IM Shota Azaladze shared the first place with 7,5/9 points each. Rasulov takes the winner’s trophy on tie-break.
