“Is Kamsky still better than Nakamura?”
We might know (or have more evidence) if the USA had organized one of the GP tournaments. Then Nakamura would have gotten a wildcard to participate – just like, for example, Gashimov.
So how come millionaires like Goichberg, Berry, and Bauer don’t bid for the Grand Prix? If the USCF spent $600K in legal fees, they surely can afford to organize 2 Grand Prix events?
