Perhaps 1. Bc6, with a follow-up to e8 and f7. Black can gum up the works in a variety of ways, but I think White wins this one.
f5 looks like overload city for black.
1.Qc5
1.f5!!
The White king is quite safe, as there is only one check with Qg2, and the king is then safe on e3.
Black can’t take the f5 pawn. the Queen must defend h7, the rook must defend c8, the e6 pawn has to stay put because of the bishop check. And if 1..gxf5, then 2.Rxc8,Rxc8; 3. Qxe6 wins.
After 1. f5, black has no defence to the threat of Rxc8 and Qxe6
1.f5
Rxf5 2.Rc8
Qxf5 2.Qh7++
exf5 2.Bd5+,etc
gxf5 2.Rc8, Rc8 3.Qe6+ following by Qc8.
