The International Chess Tournament ITT Bolivariano Bogotá Humana IDRD is taking place from 5 to 9 December in the Park San Andrés in Bogota, Colombia.
The 10-round Swiss open has 56 participants from Colombia, Cuba and Peru. Top rated players are Grandmasters Isán Reynaldo Ortiz, Yusnel Bacallao, Emilio Córdova, Omar Almeida, Aramis Álvarez and Sergio Barrientos.
