I do not find it shocking.
I watched the game and Morozevich had, litterally, only a few seconds left on his clock.
Morozevich is a genious.
When you are in a time trouble that’s not so unusual.
However,it’s a Kram(oro)nik who is idiot (to be mated in 1 by Fritz and with plenty of time on his clock).
morozevich is a well-known cheater
to me it became evident, why Moro is not #1 in the world, and why he fails so often, playing against the “big guns” – he is lousy with endgames … (K vs.N+B… K+R vs K+Q … and now this …)

Another reason “Time left on clock” or time control information should be included in PGN data.
