Did he get a GM norm?
Dennis Wagner reached 2678 ELO, second there is a hint upon the homepage for the tournament:
http://vandoeuvre-echecs.com/
qui réalise au passage une norme de Grand-Maître avec 7/9.
Dennis can call 5 international and 3 Grandmasters as his opponents. I am not completly sure, but I think, he did it. This is his 3rd norm, so he will achieve the title Grandmaster very soon.
There is one thing, which makes me sad: There is absolutely no information on one of the german webpages.
