The 2015 edition of Vladas Mikenas Memorial took part from September 12th – 20th, at „Panorama Hotel“ Conference center, in Lithuanian capital Vilnius.
The event was a 9-round Swiss tournament, open for players with Elo rating more than 2100 or title holders (WIM, FM, IM, WGM, GM).
Russian GM Vladimir Burmakin took the trophy after finishing solely first with 6.5/9 points. He grabbed the first prize in the amount of 1,200 EUR.
Latvian players IM Nikita Meskovs and GM Arturs Neiksans tied for the second place with 6 points, while FM Lanita Stetsko from Belarus scored 5.5 points to finish first among women.
