  So, the best any move seems to be 4. … Bxe5.
  5.Ng3 Bxg3
  6.fxg3 h6
  This may save the Queen. Black is one Pawn up and the nice Pawn on e5 is lost.

  If (after 4. … Bxe5)
  5. Nxe5 Qxg5

  Black has two Pawns for the Bishop. Not really good for black, but playable.

  I cannot find the perfect solution.

  I suggest changing the move order and manuever the Knight to g3 via e4, thus saving the g5 pawn, winning the Bishop for only one pawn:

  1. h3 Qh5
  2. Ne4 Bxe5
  3 g4 Qh6
  4. Nf3xe5

  By the way, can anybody find a link to the whole game?

  If 2..g5
  3. g4 Qh6
  4. Nexg5 and White’s attack looks strong

  How about 4.Ne4 instead? Now if 4…Bxe5 simply 5.Nxe5 Qxd1+ 6.Rxd1 leaves White a piece up.

  2…Bxe5 looks panicky. Why not just 2…d6?
