1.Bh3 is the best idea against any black move
Since there is a threat of mate somewhere in the region of h1, its clear that forceful moves are needed to avert the danger.
1. Qa8+, Kc7
2. Nd5+
If we get the king to d7, we can take on b7 and exchange queens, save the knight (Nc7-b5 with checks) and take on e2 at the end. So thats i where we want the king to go… therefore,
2. …, Kc6
3. Nb5+
Now, if the king goes to c7, we have Rc1 and the king has to go to d7 (due to Nd5#) and we get what we want.
If the king goes to c5, Qa7+ and we have a mate eventually up the board or in case og b6, simply the same excange up due to Nh6+ to save the Knight.
If the king goes to b6 we will end up with a perpertual with the knight.

the bishop can’t be capture, black’s queen have to protect b7.
Find the right plan!? How about 1. Resigns !? That seems to be the most likely “right plan”. But, then, I will not have it said that anyone in our wonderful online club here gave up. It’s really late now Wednesday evening here in California, but what if White plays 1. Bh3, the idea being to both stave off the mate by the Black queen on h1 (for one move), and to deflect the Black queen away from the defense of the 7th rank? That looks really promising. If Black doesn’t play 1. … Qxh3, then the Bishop will be attacking all those squares in the Black camp: c8, d7, e6. I’ll try this out in the morning.

Please, for the love of god… King = K, Knight = N, stating KxK is an anachronism in chess… also, why would you put ?’s on any move? you should make your best both for white AND black.
Sorry, but I think most your analysis are incomplete and/or redundant in some moves.
1. Bh3!! mate in 12
All moves except Qxh3 or Qd7 are succeeded by 2. Rc1 and the inevitable followup 3. Qa8# (mate in three) so you only need to consider these two, the rest is redundant.
1. … Qxh3 2. Qa8+ Kc7 3. Rc1+ Kxb6 4. Rb1+ Kc5 5. Qa7+
5. … Kc6 6. Qxb7+ Kc5 7. Qb5#
5. … Kd5 6. Qxb7+
6. … Ke6 7. Qf7#
6. … Kc5 7. Rc1#
So I guess taking the bishop isn’t the best for black.
How about the strange 1. … Qd7? just because its odd doesn’t mean it can’t be an effective escape from a sure mate in 7 right?
Of course you can always take the Queen but chess is about taking out Kings, not Queens, you’ll take longer to checkmate if you opt to take the Queen.
