I don’t trust people who are anonymous. They are cheaters!
If only this blog had not the anonymous option……. Then we could sign ourselves under Bill Gates. Until then, I stay anonym and solve puzzles.
Like the name “awfulhangover” is legitimate proof of anything other than you’re probably an alcoholic! You could put down Bobby Fischer but how would we know thats who you were?!

p.s. I met Susan from a chess play site a few years ago, so Im not anonymous to her!
What’s wrong with:
1. Rxg6 fxg6
2. Bd5 Re6
3. Qh8#
Isn’t that much faster?
Qh8 isn’t mate though; you missed the bishop
anonymous “1 Rxg6 fxg6 2 Bd5 Re6
3 Qh8 isnt mate but the B cant take the Q because the R has the f6B pinned, instead Blk has 3…Kf7 Wht could then play 4 Qh7+ Kf8 5 Bxe6+ Qxf1 and 6 Qg8# but no faster.

How about 1. Be5! (Re6 2. Bxe6 fxe6 3. Rxg6 Ne5 4. Qg8#) Ne5 2. Rxg6 (Nxg6 3. Qxf7#) fxg6 3. Qg8#?
