FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia

The FIDE Arbiters’ Commission, in cooperation with the organizing committee of the 39th World Chess Olympiad,
is going to organize a FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia, during the Olympiad.
The dates of the Seminar will be 21, 22, 23, 26, 27 and 28 (exams) September 2010 and the lectures will be at
10.00 – 13.00, so that it will be no conflict with the games.
The Lecturer will be IA Dirk De Ridder (BEL), Secretary of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission and Assistant Lecturer
will be IA Werner Stubenvoll (AUT), Councilor of the FIDE Arbiters’ Commission.
The lectures will be in English language.
The Seminar will give FIDE Arbiter norms and titles (according to the article 3.10 of the regulations for the titles
of the Arbiters) to the participants who will get 80% or more in the examination test.
