I would try for the win, after
1.Qc6+ Kb8
2.Qxb5
Black is is almost Zugswang, only rook moves possible, with the plan of playing Kg6 etc, capturing g pawn and pushing h pawn
It’s a plan anyway
White seem to have the initiative and at least win a pawn with
1.Qc6+ Kb8 (forced)
2. Qxb5
After this, black has very few useful moves.
The black king can only go back to Kc7. This at least prevents the discovered check, but this would allow white to return Qc6+.
Unfortunately there does not seen to be a good move for the black queen or the remaining pawns.
Leaving only rook moves to be considered. The only square that is safe for the rook is Rd6, otherwise the game, or the rook, or another pawn will be lost.
I wish I could see more into this, but, in conclusion, I would prefer white here, and would continue to press for a forced win of material or the game. However, against a good player, I doubt I would succeed.

White can only play for a win until Black will activate his Queen 🙂 (with c6-c5)…
After that, he has to play for a draw 🙁

I think I prefer the immediate 1. Qe5+ any 2. Qxg7.
I tought of 1.Qe5+ but there is 1…Rd7!
What is the answer? I would like to know. Thank you.

I wish I could see deeper than this but here goes:
1.Qc5+ Kb8
2.Kg6 Rg8
3.Qd5
After that it gets a little hazy. If black’s rook moves to threaten the pawn on H then whites king takes the pawn on G7, the black rook takes whites H pawn, white takes the rook. But then black’s queen is free to come out and I’m not sure if she could shepherd those pawns to a promotion or not.
Oops. I just realized that if black does
2… Rg8
Then it’s
3.Qd6++
so a better move for black is
2… b4
Threatening that pawn promotion.

vohaul, I got stuck in White’s perspective and didn’t fully think Black’s position through.
