The Dutch Open 2013 was held from 23rd July to 1st August, 2013, at the Grandcafé-schouwburg-zalencentrum Theothorne, Callunaplein 77, 6951 CN Dieren, Netherlands.

Erwin L’Ami and Deep Sengupta finished the tournament with 7.5 points after both winning their last round games. The Dutch player finally took home the winner’s trophy thanks to his tiebreak score.

GM Viacheslav Zakhartsov and GM Slim Belkhodia tied on 6.5 points. Zakhartsov was declared third, also on tiebreaks.

A total of 358 players registered to compete in seven sections. Top prizes in the main event were EUR 2500, 1750 and 1000.
