Could this be a solution?
1) Bxf7+ Kxf7 2)Qc4+ Re6 3)Nc5 threatening both 4)Qxe6 and 4)Rd7
Cannot find anything better than what the previous person suggested. 3. Nc5 is strong even after 2…Ke7, e.g., 3… Rcd8 4. Qe6+ Kf8 5. Rd7!
1. Nc5, threatening to take b7 and also 2. Bxf7+ Kxf7 3. Qc4+ also seems strong.
Maybe 1.Nc5, Black has to defend the bishop on b7, and then 2.Rd7
I think maybe a combination of your two approaches:
1. Nc5 – if Rb8 or Ba8 2.Rd7 wins
1…Bf8
2. Bxf7+ Kxf7 3. Qc4+ – if Kg7 4.Rd7+ wins. If Kf6 Qh4+ should win.
There are probably some side variations I haven’t included.
