He’s probably the second strongest chess player Cuba has produced. Of course, he has a long way to go if he is to get to Capablanca’s level.
Define “stronger”.
If you would somehow transport Capablanca from the 1920’s to the present and match him up with Dominguez, Dominguez would win.
That would be interesting to see. Dominguez’s knowledge (because of access to chess databases and modern literature) against Capa’s brilliance and talent
