Pins too many.
1…. Re3 now after 2. Qxe3 .Bxe3 white is in a fix. He can not play 3. NxB on account of 3…. Qxd3+
3.Ke2 is met by 3…. Rxd1. Much more hopelessly lost than imagined at first sight.
Getting out of the 2 pins also does not give solace.
1…. Re3 2.Kf2 Rxf3+ 3.Kxf3 Qxd5+ followed by exchange of a pair of Rs leaves white nowhere. I wonder how a player like Tukmakov got into this mess.
Interestingly, if it were white’s turn, Nc7 seems to work for him. Probably a miscalculation somewhere that got him into this mess.
