White win. White can get in front of the pawn and maintain opposition.
Correction: not in front but can usher the pawn along by moving on the d5 file. Just realized that Ke5 draws. Better is Kd5 and if Ke7 then Ke5
1. Kd5 Ke7
2. Ke5 Kd7
3. Kf6 Kd8
4. e5 Ke8
5. Ke6 Kd8
6. Kf7 Kc7
7. e6 Kb6
8. e7 Kc5
9. e8=Q
A classic ending. 1.Kd5 is the only forced win here- and this moves wins when the black king is on f8, f7, f6, and d7. If the black king is on e8 or d8, it is drawn, and if on e7, c7, or c8, white wins with 1.Ke5.
1.Ke5 Ke7 gets the frontal opposition and draws
1.Kc5 Ke7 gets diagonal opposition and draws
1.e5 Ke7 and white king can’t get in front of his pawn and draws
1.Kd5 Kf7 to get the diagonal opposition but 2.Kd6 wins!
