Nf5, gxf5, Bxf5
1. Nf5 g6xf5
2. Bxf5
100% correct. White had already sacrificed a R. Did white play f4 on the previous move and black played ….. N(e5)XR(d3) but d3 was under fire by both Ns ? Would white have left R at d3 for under attack for quite some time?
Thank you, Prof. Bhat.
Your comments are always appreciated.
However my guess in this case may be entirely incorrect since instead of ….. N(e5)XR(d3) any fairly intelligent black player (unlike me) would have played ….. N(b4)xR(d3) keeping N at e5 for K side defence and replenishing it with another N if need be.
1.Nf5! gxf5 2.Bxf5 and mate is unstoppable.If any other move,then Qg7#.
