D V Sundar elected FIDE vice-President

New Delhi, Sep 30 (PTI) D V Sundar was today elected the vice-President of the international chess organisation FIDE at Russia.
Meanwhile, R M Dongre was elected Asia Zone President and Bharat Singh Chauhan the Commonwealth Chess Federation President, an All India Chess Federation release said. Kirsan Ilyumzhinov defeated Karpov 95-55 to continue as the FIDE President.
