without making sweeping pronouncements….I think black should find bouterplay on the b2 square…..seems to me the B rook and queen can easily put enough pressure there to compensate for whites slight material advantage.

i think it is not THAT easy… :))
e.g.
1…rb8?!
2.qa6 qe5? (to put pressure on b2 …)
3.rc8+ rxc8
4.qxc8+ bf8
5.qxf8#
my first move would have been
1….h5 – a universal move:
1) king safety (rb8 is now possible)
2)threat of moving forward the passer pawn (white has to concentrate on both, it’s own king safety (b2 square) and the wing action.)
combining the motifs, black can go for a draw, i don’t think black is better in the given position.
