    Qd4+ wins by any line:
    black queen or e pawn interposition is useless;
    black king g8 or h7 also fails

    1. Qd4+ e5 (Kg8?? Nxh6#. Kh7 Ne7+ is same as main line but 1 move faster)
    2. Qxe5+ Kh7 (Qg7 Qxg7#)
    3. Ne7+!

    Important of course to NOT gain queen with Nd6? Gaining queen is useless in this position.

    3. … Ng6 (only legal move)
    4. Bxg6#

    Mate in 4.
    Here were already comments with a practically correct solution, but the final moves Ng6 and Bxg6# were missing.
