If the Black rook moves off the third rank, then 2. g4 is mate.
2. Kg2 traps the rook.
Best i could find was
1. Bf6 Rf3 (must prevent g4)
2. Kg2 Kg4
3. Rd7
apparently winning the N though after
3. … f4
4. gxf4 Rxf4
5. Rxf7
somebody could probably win this but probably not me
1. Bf6 Rf3 2. Kg2 wins
1. Bf6 Rf3 (1. … Rc2 2. g4#) 2. Kg2 wins a Rook.
Surrendely g4 mate
1. Bf6 Rf3 (otherwise g4++)
2. Kg2 Rxf2
3. Kxf2 (rook is lost)
1. Bf6! wins (1. …Rc2 2. g4#; 1. …Rf3 2. Kg2 +-)
Bf6 & Rd7 knight is trapped
