I always find it amazing that in the old days people dressed up to play chess. They really looked their best.
Today people dress terrible and it is accepted. I think this is a mistake. We need to get back to people dressing properly to enhance the image of chess.
How will people judge the photos we take today of chess tournament participants? Not very well.
