The GM is Bush,the general behind him is Saddam…very long time ago,probably early 30s.
El Commandante Che Guevara is the kibitzer, no doubt about it. I am not sure but could the player with the black pieces be his countryman Hector Rossetto?

When I first saw this picture on Chessbase, I loved it so much that I saved a copy of it. It is truly a rare one, just like the picture of Fidel Castro and Bobby Fischer playing chess.
That can’t be. I saw Che Guevara on Monty Python and it’s not the same guy.
I don’t know who they are, but look at the size of the clock they’re using, it’s huge.
