Definitely Kasparov and Short. Not much to see of the third guy. Could be Karpov, but why would Garri be laughing then?!
Is that the new James Bond??

That last person is interviewing the others (see the microphone) so I do not think it is a well known chess player.
Btw. I wouldn’t call _him_ guy but think it is a woman?
I’d say these are Kasparov and (cell phone man) Short with an unnamed interviewer.

The 3rd could be Bill Hartston.
Kasparov at the gay-pride meeting?
The third man is Tony Bastable. He was a presenter at Thames Television, who sponsored this event, namely the Speed Chess Challenge in 1987. Kasparov won 4-2.
3rd is Tony Bastable from ‘Magpie’ fame! I was at the bar chatting with Elaine Paige
