Nope, but not more than 20 seconds:
1. Qa6 ba6 (else Qb7#)

Nothing like a Queen sacrifice!
1. Qa6 threatening mate on b7. Black can’t defend the b7 square, but if 1. … bxa6, 2. Nd7#.
Nope. Took me about 50 seconds. Didn’t recognize it until I found the bishop + knight combined attack was a mate, and then that was the whole thing. Nothing more was required except to realize that black had no good replies to the combination, especially since the combined knight and queen attack on b7 was a mate if black declined to take the queen.
