Cubs give Bradley a warm welcome

And Dempster’s chess expertise?

“I’m still trying to figure out what all the pieces are,” he said.

Back to business, Cubs general manager Jim Hendry said he may not be finished tinkering with the roster. Among the names who could be moved are the players who are out of options, which includes outfielder Felix Pie, infielder Ronny Cedeno and pitchers Rich Hill and Angel Guzman.
