Sorry, first move must be 1Bf8 +, idea is the same move 2 Bg7 and move 3 Nf8 mate

This looks straight-forward. Check with the bishop at c8 forcing the black monarch to h7. Place the bishop on g7 to cover the h8 square and clear the c8 square for the knight to deliver mate. If the black knight checks on g5 the white knight will take the black Knight delivering mate. Promoting on a1 accomplishes nothing. So the sequence is as follows:
1.Bc8+ Kh7
2.Bg7 Ng5+
3.Nxg5#
