Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
J. Polgar-moschi kibitzes: Kh2: Blunder of the century!
moschi kibitzes: (right behind Kramnik’s mate in one!)
oops …. I meant 52.)kh2 in the previous post.
53.)Kh2 ….. I’m ok, I swear.
I guess moschi meant this as a joke. Obviously, it’s not a blunder, but it allows black to go for an easy draw. Probably moschi wanted Judit to go for the win…!
Just my two cents…
I think he’s just making a statement that Blogspot should allow comments to be edited.
Ouch, Magnus losing with white to the bottom seed. And no more rest days! In my mind, Radjabov is now the favorite to win, and Polgar might have at least a good a chance as Carlsen. Could be an exciting finish.
Talk about dumb moves Bxh7.
Reminescent of Bobby Fischer taking an h pawn and losing his game to Boris in the World Championship 1972.
van Wely-Radjabov was a great game. I like van Wely’s attacking and never compromising style. He might have saved the gamed by playing first 25.Bb3 instead of 25.Rf4
