Hello Arkadij Naiditsch,
I am glad to lightening things up with your remark:
‘By the way, the players are much quicker today, by spending only 1h 50 for the first 13 moves instead of yesterday’s 2h 10min.’;-)) Indeed, it is a joke to see that this WC is and will be decided by the rapid and speed chess.
President Obama made a joke about Donald Trump changing the White House into a casino, if ever elected. The formula of these candidate matches is chanching the chess WC to a gambling house. No wonder Grischuk is doing so well.

Didn’t the Danish GM Bent Larsen say some time ago, ‘With a knight on f8 black can never be mated.’
I am following this game with great interest.

Why did they even show up??
Only one more game to make a quick draw..and then the real match bagins.
Why should they give away their preparations (by playing long games) to Anand ?
Good decision !
If Grischuk is better at quicker time controls, then Gelfand must refuse all draw offers starting in game 1 attempting to decide the match with longer games.
Am I misunderstanding something?
