In a short and fast match like this, players have very little time to recouperate. I cannot remember the last time Kramnik lost 2 games in one day. He needs to win both against Aronian (who is a hard player to beat as well) to tie the match.
Do you think he can do it?
What do you think the final score will be?

I think Aronian is not going to allow Kramnik to win two games. In other words, it is very unlikely to happen. May be Kramnik will win one game though.
I think yesterday was the worst day of champion in recent years. And may be he is rested because of Leko game or any other reason. It’s really surprise that Kramnik played very bad in both games and made critical errors. And he lost last 3 games in a row! But anyway, this is a rapid match, it’s not important to loose. And it’s important for Kramnik that he tested something and saw they were dangerous. Sometimes loosing is winning if you can have your lecture after loss 🙂
Congratulations to Aronian he won the event it’s impossible to recover back. And good luck both in their other tournaments, at least we are watching to gentelmen playing chess!
