With just 3 rounds to go, Carlsen and Shirov are trailing Kramnik by just 1/2 point. Magnus will have White against Dominguez, Black against Leko, and White against Caruana. Shirov will have White against Kramnik, Black against Karjaking, and White against Dominguez. Kramnik will have 2 Blacks in the final 3 rounds. He will have Black against Shirov, Black against Anand, and White against Karjakin. This will for sure be a very exciting finish.

What is your prediction?
My prediction is that Dominguez will have a tough tournament end 🙂
Kramnik will likely have 3 straight draws, so Carlsen will have all the chances to overtake. I give Carlsen more than an even probability to win the title. So-Giri is the battle of heirs apparent. So will likely veer from theory early and go for a win, and I think he will.
Kramnik will edge out Carlsen because of his win over Carlsen. Both will have 9 points.
Kramnik draws against Shirov and Anand and beats Karjakin this makes 9 point for him. If that occurs Kramnik wins sole the tournament unless Carlsen wins 3/3 in the final. To catch Kramnik Carlsen must win 2 and draw 1 that makes them both 9. But I don’t think Kramnik gives the thing after that point. He is a wise player watch him, for me He already won this thing.
Watch out for Anand he has just woken up from his Slumber,will surely play Catch up, with Kramnik,Smeets and Loek its probably 2.5 / 3
Please include the names of So vs. Giri in Group B table. It is missing.
For me, if either Carlsen or Kramnik wins, it will be a good outcome. If Magnus can pull out spectacular wins in the last three games, he will surely deserve it, barring Kramnik doesn’t do the same. If not, then Kramnik surely is a worthy champion of any tournament these days.
So will beat Giri! exciting… So is becoming the most intriguing player in the game of chess. Hope he wins this Corus B. Last year he won Corus A. He beat Kamsky and Ivanchuk already. He is the best in Corus B.

No question, Kasparov will win this. If Magnus obeys and does as he is told 3 more games are nothing for Kasparov to win. Go Gazza!!!
