Very beautiful game, especially the end by Carlsen. Amazing technique.
While it is true that Dominguez had not lost a game earlier in the tournament he also got lucky several times (most notably against Wang and Ivanchuk, both of whom missed one-move wins). Thus, I would not praise his performance THAT much…
Carlsen played practically faultless, from start to end. Increasing his position move by move. Dominguez was on the defense throughout the game. He didn’t blunder, he just got grinded down by a better player today. Impressive.
