Nakamura should have won this. He’s clearly the best player. He just has a few bad days. Could happen to anyone.
Carlsen is extremely steady.
Major tournament title changes hands nowadays because the strength of the opposition.
But if you look at Carlsen, he is either the champion or runner up.
Bad day or not its the same.
I wonder if it’s not Nakamura himself writing these comments all these months. Or, as somebody recently suggested, his wife! For no sane person on earth will continue to write such s… for so long ,esp when Nakamura fails to show any tournament win at all. How I wish this guy is shot off to the moon!

If the winner has to wear a hat like Gelfand is wearing, I would have had to throw the tournament, too.
