Two Filipino compatriot GM Richard Bitoon and IM Oliver Dimakiling finished with 8.5/11 in the Florencio Campomanes Memorial Rapid Tourament held in Melaka, Malaysia.

The huge prize fund of USD 20,000 for a two-day rapid event attracted 14 Grandmasters to participate in this event.
