1.Rxf4 exf4 2. Bh8 forces either Black’s male or female monarch to abdicate.
haha nice rhyme
1. Rxf4 exf4
and I was wondering how to achieve Bh8. I thought Nxh8 should be avoided. I realise then it is already pinned!!

Rxf4 exF4. Bh8 and black has three options and they are all bad 1.give his queen away. 2. be mated in two. and 3.resign.
good puzzle
great puzzle
wow diddnt even see that
RxN then BKR8 followed by QN7. I got it 🙂
After Rxf4, The black’s best response could be not taking the offered rook. Black can try Qd7 aimimg for c6 followed by d5? The black has advantage in pawn and he should try using them properly to stop the attack. White has advantage but I feel it is playable for black

Bravo Anand! Great defense! Two pawns for a closed bishop is enough to continue this game! Who played it?
