Maybe I miss something, but isn’t this line forced?:
1. Qxf5+ Kxf5 2. Bc2+ Kg5 3. Ne6+ Kh5 4. Ng7#
Ne6 is winning because of material gain, but doesn’t kill right away.
I agree that Qxf5+ leads to mate irreversibly!

Mate in four:
1. Q:f5+, K:f5
2. B:c2, Kg5
3. Ne6++, Kh5
4. Ng7#
(Now watch someone point out something obvious I missed….)
Is 1. Bf7 even quicker? It seems to force mate on the move, no matter how Black responds.
I looked at 1. Bf7 too, since I’m a sucker for a passive Queen sac. But it’s not that easy, since 1. … Bxc2 gives Black an escape square on f5.
1. Bf7 Bxc2 2. Rf1 Bg6 3. Ne6++ Kh5 4. Ng7 mate looks like it works, but it’s not as forcing as 1. Qxf5+. Black doesn’t have to capture the Queen. There’s always the risk in non-forcing lines that you’ve missed a defense.
But the Black king is so surrounded by White pieces that 1. Bf7 probably mates quickly too, regardless of Black’s response. I’m just not as sure of it.
Awfulhangover and Irishspy have given the only winning line.
If you look at the starting position white is down a rook & knight for a pawn.
1. Bf7 is probably winning for black after 1. — Bxc2.
1 Ne6+ gives white winning chances, but black has counterplay.
