Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
Nice job.
Please explain. I’m a noob.
Isn’t women rating different from men’s rating? I hear for example that GM norm for women is different also. Can the rating list be combined?. I mean is the same thing to have a woman rated 2600 than a man rated 2600.
I hear Judit doesn’t like to compete in women tournaments but men.
BTW, congrat Judit for your achievement!
ER
I see Caruana and Giri, so where is So?
Congratulations.
I hope to see you soon even higher.
Best regards
Stef
Why is Ivanchuk at #9 and Nakamura at #8? When Ivachuk is rated a couple points higher? Is he being punished again for refusing another drug test?? haha
Yeah…I noticed that too…..looking further down the list you see a lot of wierd stuff like that….Oh well…hopefully the ratings are correct as the placements were obviously from the last list I guess.
You don’t get it, it’s the “live rating list”, just as mentioned above.
So you’ve got to look at the ratings in the column on the right. To help you it’s printed bold.
Congratulations, Judit!
Anon @ 9:57 & Anon @ 9:59: This is a live rating list, which shows current ratings updated since the official published list. (The latest published rating is on the left; the updated rating is on the right in bold.)
Nice to see Judit is coming back. Wish her ranking going higher.
I love Judit Polgar so much. Too bad she’s taken 🙂
Go, Judit!
Congratulations for Judit. She is my idol.
