Now that the World Women Chess Cup is over, I am heading back to New York to run chess summer camps for the whole month of July at the Polgar Chess Center. It is time to share my chess knowledge with the younger players.

I will also be doing something more for the chess community, but this time globally. I will be helping the organizers of the 2007 World Chess Championship (in Mexico City) and the 2008 Chess Olympiad (in Dresden) promote these two prestigious events.

There is no reason why we can’t make these events BIG! It is only a matter of focusing on the Marketing and PR aspect of it and both of these organizers are fully prepared to concentrate in these areas.

I am confident that the chess world will make big noises in the upcoming years!
