Vietnamese young chess masters Le Quang Liem and Nguyen Ngoc Truong Son have made it back into the world top 20 young players, according to the latest figures from the International Chess Federation (FIDE).
Liem won the Viet Nam, India and China opens last year. Earlier, he pocketed a team gold and a silver medal at the third Asian Indoor Games in Viet Nam last November.
Liem is also among the world top 100 adult players in January’s rankings.

Why Le Quang Liem and Nguyen Ngoc Truong Son are not invited to SPICE tournament? Their rating more than 2600 and by next year their age still less than 20. Their rating is better than some invited players.
Why do they deserve it more than others?
If you wanna invite them go find $75,000 and organize your own tourney. Good? Or if you sponsor $50,000, I’m sure the organizer would oblige with your wishes.
