I told you guys that Nakamura will win this tournament. Carlsen fears him.
Gelfand has 0.5 points. The total score (2 rounds, 3 games each) is 6.0
1-3 Carlsen, Aronian, Nakamura 1.5
4 Caruana 1.0
5 Gelfand 0.5
6 Anand 0
It might be argued that Anand as the lowest rated participant (virtually) performs to his rating 🙂
Lets not get carried away. Nakamura has a terrible record vs his remaining opponents in the classical segment of this event. If he can get though them with a 50 percent score then I think he might have chances in the rapid. Aronian and Carlsen are clearly superior players and gelfand has a spell on him when naka has the white pieces. Not sure if you are being facetious or not but Naka is a top 5-10 player. World Class. Needs alot of work though to be on Carlsen/Aronian level.
Carlsen fears no man.
Nakamura beat a washed up player. He will lose against carlsen and Aronian
I don’t think that Bxc6 was an happy idea in the very first steps of the game.
So what if Magnus likes a little skak sjakking?
Anand should resign soon from chess until his rating gets even uglier.
