1 Bb7 threatening mate fails to Qf7 picking up the N so
the solution has to begin
1 Nc6+ Kc8
2 Bd5 & now the B protects the N & is invulnerable because of the fork (2…Qxd5 3 Ne7+ & 4 Nxd5 with a simple win on material).
Further than this I cannot see.
After 2 days of looking at some minutes , I cannot find a way to promote the a-pawn, but suddenly I saw a mating position for white
1. Nc6+ Kc8 (Ka8 wins the queen)
2. Bd5 threatening mate at e6 and capturing the Bishop allows the Knight fork at e7.
The question is how the black defend the mate. There is no perpetual check or a check that could win a piece for black, so looking for a flight square for black, the only way is to get rid the piece that guard its surrounding square. To do that,

3. e4 Qxa6
4. Be6 Kb7

I tried and tried, but didn’t see 5. Bc4 — got stuck after 4. Be6+, Kb7.
